Prometheus Intelligence Pty Ltd (“Prometheus”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI‑assisted learning platform and related websites, applications and APIs (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept every provision below, do not use the Services.
Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Prices and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your account settings before the current term ends. Pre‑paid fees are non‑refundable except where Australian consumer law requires otherwise.
You must not:
The Services, including all software, designs, graphics and trade marks, are owned by or licensed to Prometheus and protected by law. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set out in these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your licence ends and you must cease all use of the Services.
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Prometheus generates study aids; it does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for verifying all outputs before relying on them.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of AUD 100 and the fees you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold Prometheus and its officers, employees and agents harmless from any loss, claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
